All items are meticulously handcrafted and dispatched from the United Kingdom. As many items are made in small batches or to order, please allow up to 14 days for your order to be dispatched.

UK Shipping:

Once your order has been dispatched, you can typically expect to receive it within 3-5 business days.

Damages and Issues:

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, kindly notify us immediately. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

Returns:

Since all items are individually handmade to order, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, except in cases involving damaged or defective products. Feel free to get in touch with any inquiries you may have.

Refunds:

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will promptly inform you of the approval status for your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
